TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing the KWIK10 program, the Buyer ("Participant") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
WHAT IS PURCHASED:
The Participant understands that he/she is purchasing the right to duplicate this site, an internet based program, the step by step directions on how to set up the Participant's very own blogsite, and the training needed to promote the Participant's blogsite, with access to multiple free software programs and ebooks promoted with the KWIK10 program.
REFUND & HARDSHIP
By purchasing the KWIK10 program the Participant understands that there is a NO REFUND POLICY on any software involved with this program. If spending any amount of money in joining KWIK10 would cause financial stress or hardship, it is advised that the Participant not join this program since no refunds can be given under any circumstances. As in any case the Participant should always seek the advice of a professional and competent tax, accounting or legal adviser before starting any business.
WORK INVOLVED AND POTENTIAL EARNINGS
The Participant understands that there is work involved with the KWIK10 program. KWIK10 suggests that participants spend 90 minutes to 2 hours a day on the program. The Participant further understands that any financial forecasts made by the program should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income or earnings. The Participant understands that each independent blogsite owner is responsible for their own individual business.
SOFTWARE "AS IS"
KWIK10 warrants its own materials to be free from any error or defect, but will not warrant third party software promoted with the KWIK10 program. Although KWIK10 has no reason to believe that third party software has any defects, KWIK10 does not warrant third party software to be without defects, free of viruses or other harmful or malicious components. Under no circumstances shall KWIK10 or any related persons or entities be held liable for any damages including but not limited to negligence or loss of income resulting from the use or the inability to use the materials, blogsite or software package that is involved with the program. Software promoted with the KWIK10 program are free programs and are not for sale. It is not know for how much longer the the software will be free. Some software may be removed from the program and more free software may be added.
COPYRIGHT
All materials involved with this program including but not limited to text, images and software may only be used in connection with the Participant's KWIK10 program, as some of these materials may be protected under international copyright laws. All pages, material or contents of KWIK10 are strictly copyrighted. Visitors at this blogsite agree to their computer being logged by KWIK10 and / or AlertPay or other related third parties and understand that this information may be used against participants and that they will be liable for reasonable attorney's costs incurred by KWIK10 or third parties. Participants maintain the right to duplicate the KWIK10 program, but only as directed by KWIK10.
COMPENSATION
The Participant understands that the Participant gets paid directly for the Participant sales and the Participant must have an AlertPay account to accept payments for the Participant sales. KWIK10 will instruct the Participant on how to set up an Alertpay account to accept payments. The Participant further understands that all payments will be made directly to through the Participant selected payment processor and that any problems concerning the payment processors the Participant select to use with the KWIK10 program will be handled between the Participant and the payment processors. The Participant agrees not to make any claims regarding sales or income unless the Participant have proof to support such claims.
BLACKLISTING
The name of any blogsite not in compliance with the KWIK10 program's terms and conditions will be published on a black list within this parent blogsite. The Participant agrees to hold KWIK10 and all persons and entities related to KWIK10 harmless of any damages or suit whatsoever. KWIK10 wishes the black list page to remain empty, but reserves the right to execute this clause for the sake of the good reputation of KWIK10 and it's participants. If such a black listed blogsite owner provides proof of that a transgression has been remedied, KWIK10 will gladly remove the such a name from the black list.
NON CONVERSION
The KWIK10 program is based upon one on one sales. Although KWIK10 is aware that certain "downline," "3-up," and other structures exist which would be more profitable for those "at the top," KWIK10 has elected not to utilize this method in fairness to those who participate into the programs many years to come. The Participant agrees not to convert their KWIK10 program into any form of multi level marketing (MLM.)
SPAM
KWIK10 takes spam related to promting this program very seriously. In compliance to state, federal and international law the Participant agrees not to use spam as a means to promote the program. Furthermore the Participant understands that spamming may give your Internet business cyber image, which may reflect negatively on other users of the KWIK10 program.
PRIVACY
Interested parties in the KWIK10 program submit their name and email address in the program. This information is used to update interested parties or participants on updates to the program or promote services. Interested parties and participants may unsubscribe at any time. KWIK10 will not share your name or address with anyone.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The KWIK10 system uses third parties (such as domain registration and hosting,) from whom participants receive free customer support directly. KWIK10 will connect participants with them directly because they specialize in certain components of the system. KWIK10 operates on ease and simplicity, combined with tried and tested Internet business principles. KWIK10 is such a well streamlined system that customer support is not needed.
EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
For legal reasons KWIK10 cannot guarantee that participants will earn a certain amount of money. However, the KWIK10 program is based on tried and tested Internet business methods that are proven to be successful. In addition to the proven system set in place by KWIK10, success and the amount of money you can earn will also depend on your own work and time.
TAXES
When joining the KWIK10 program the Participant understands that participation doesn't not constitute a partnership or employee relationship of any type. The Participant ventures into his/her own independent venture, and is responsible for the Participant's own income and taxes which the Participant directly produce with the KWIK10 program. KWIK10 will not issue a 1099 or any other tax instrument.
CHANGE IN TERMS
KWIK10 reserves the right to add or subtract or make changes to its terms and condition as well as this blogsite at any time, without notice. This is necessary to remain in compliance to the ever changing nature of Internet business law and advances. As is the case in any business venture, the Participant is encouraged to seek competent legal advice from his/her own attorney before purchasing any Internet based program.
By purchasing the KWIK10 program, the Participant indicates his/her full acceptance of the terms and conditions.
